SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Our standard postage (express) delivery timescale is 2 - 5 business days within Australia. Beci Equi Couture will not be held responsible for any postage/courier delays, which may be out of our control.

 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for following the 'Returns' procedure (see below).

 

On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in any way damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours by email to info@beciequicouture.com.au otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders will be posted with tracking/signature service. Due to varying international delivery times, we cannot guarantee a set delivery date, but most items will take 5 - 20 business days to arrive, depending on the country of destination, and their postal service. Beci Equi Couture will not be held responsible for any delays in international postage/courier delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE: There may be a small discrepancy between your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are charged by your card provider. this is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.

 

Certain countries may also encounter customs tax and/or charges. These are dictated by individual countries and as such, Beci Equi Couture has no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know what fees you may incur.

 

RETURNS

Our refund policy meets and exceeds the Australian Consumer Law basic customer rights.

From time to time, Beci Equi products, as with all clothing products, may have manufacturer faults.

Customers are entitled to a refund if they believe there is a major fault in the item, such as rips, large stains or catastrophic product failure.

If you believe your product has a major fault, please:

*Contact us by email, outlining the fault and provide a clear picture

Please return the faulty item:

*Within 7 days of receipt of delivery

*Unsoiled and in the condition it was delivered to you in,

*With all original tags still intact

Please note that the refund will match the price of the garment at the time of purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

EXCHANGES

 

If you wish to exchange goods due to sizing, we are happy to oblige!

 

Please email us with your order number, and what size you wish to exchange for.

 

Please return the garment:

*Within 7 days of receipt of delivery

*Unsoiled and in the condition it was delivered to you in,

*With all original tags still attached

*With a prepaid self addressed postage satchel enclosed for return postage

 

No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 7 days of receipt of the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter, stating the reason for the return, your contact details, and what product you want to exchange for.

Please note that you are solely responsible for all postage/courier costs associated with returning your goods for refund or exchange. We strongly recommend you use a signature required service for the return of your goods.

Please ensure that your returned garments are un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains, and are sent back with all original tags still intact and attached. A $10 re-washing and packaging fee will apply if any of these conditions are not met.

 

When purchasing leggings from Beci Equi Couture, please ensure the product is the right size before removing the tags - we cannot replace items where the seams have split due to being overstretched.

 

If you have ordered a size, such as XS, and find the garment is too big for you, we are unable to currently exchange or refund your item. We can offer you a store credit, minus postage. Similarly, if you order an XL and find the garment is too small, the same rule applies.
