HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Covid has changed the game as far as shipping times go. Being a biz based in Byford, Western Australia, your order is usually fulfilled and dropped off at the local Post Office within 24 hours, or the next business day.

Standard Auspost within Australia varies and can be up to 2 weeks. Of course, it can also be as quick as 3 or 4 days...it really depends on Australia Post.

The best way to ensure your parcel gets to you ASAP is to select EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION at checkout.

International shipping times are terrible right now, and we cannot give you any idea of any sort....just know that we ship your order by AIR and it will get to you eventually!

I NEED TO EXCHANGE MY GARMENT FOR ANOTHER SIZE

No dramas! Simply email Bec at info@beciequicouture.com.au so she can make sure she has your size in stock.

Send your item back to Bec (address provided in email) with a prepaid self addressed postage satchel as well as a little note with your order number and the agreed product you are exchanging for.

MY ITEM IS JUST NOT FOR ME...HOW CAN I RETURN IT?

Ordered something that just doesn't suit you? No issue at all - we can provide you with a credit to use in our store to buy something else. This has no time limit. 

Please note that postage is not refundable.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Sizing is the pain in every woman's butt...lets be honest!

Beci has tried her hardest to provide real, accurate information about each garment sizing and how it wears on the Sizing and Care page.

Beci has also provided (in many cases) an extra little note at the bottom of each product's description with her tips for sizing (big busts, long legs, etc).

If in doubt, Beci is MORE THAN HAPPY to personally help you...please, reach out on Instagram DMs, or email, and Beci will help you as soon as she possibly can!

I LOVE MY NEW CLOTHES, HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?

Reviews can literally make or break a small biz these days, so Beci really does appreciate a positive 5 star review on GOOGLE, FACEBOOK and everywhere else! Photos are also really a big help on reviews, as are social media posts with your recommendations of products!

If you have an issue with your order, or are not fully satisfied, please please please let Beci know by email, and she will sort the issue out for you quick smart...your happiness is her absolute mission!

THE PRODUCT I WANT SAYS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Most of our products are limited editions and in most cases are not restocked. Items such as our Denim sell out very quickly, so it is best to get them when you see them...don't wait!

But, some of our products are also available at Horseland Perth, like our limited edition Denim. Whilst Beci may be sold out on her website in your size or preferred colour, Horseland Perth may have them in stock.

Horseland Perth can ship AUSTRALIA WIDE and take credit card payments easily and securely over the phone, or you can email them too.

Bec tries to get out about once a month to a horse show, Adult Rider's rally or equestrian event throughout Western Autralia.
